Counselling & Psychotherapy

We are not defined by a single thread, but by the way our many stories are woven together over time.

Individuals find themselves drawn to counselling for many reasons, and may include:

     - experiences of low mood

     - anxious thoughts or feelings

     - stress

     - trauma

     - attachment issues

     - grief and loss

     - relationship problems

     - limited self-compassion/sense of self

Others come to explore conscious and unconscious parts of themselves. At the core of my practice, I aim to support and walk alongside each individual in their unique healing journey, at their pace, within a safe therapeutic relationship.

Within the therapeutic space, clients can expect an invitation to slow down. I offer a deeply attuned, mindful, and relational presence that honours all parts of an individual and their experience - past and present - while encouraging curiosity toward thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and internal imagery as they arise. The body and breath may be used as resources, supporting clients to meet themselves exactly where they are with compassion and acceptance.

All processes are underpinned by trauma-informed practice, deeply respecting the body and nervous system, and the need for a felt-sense of safety. The overall approach is warmly relational yet professional, offering a space where authenticity, reflection, and growth can unfold, and where clients are active participants at every stage of their journey.

I honour the uniqueness of each individual and I celebrate diversity.

Given the appropriate support and environment,

an individual will naturally move toward growth and healing.
